  • Sometimes one partner wants support even if the other isn’t ready. That’s okay. In individual sessions, I help you process what’s happening in your relationship, understand your patterns, and make changes that improve both your confidence and your connection.

  • Helping couples find confidence and clarity to move forward together, whether that means saving the relationship or navigating a separation. This is a structured format of 5-one hour sessions.

  • Divorce is tough—but it doesn’t have to define you. Coaching gives you a safe space to sort through the stress, make decisions that feel right, and start imagining what’s next. It’s about finding your footing, rebuilding your confidence, and creating a future you actually look forward to.

  • Divorce changes the structure of a family, but it doesn’t end the need for teamwork in raising children. Co-parenting is about finding healthy ways to communicate, set consistent boundaries, and prioritize your children’s well-being—even when you and your ex-partner don’t always see eye to eye.
